COVID-19 RESOURCES

Emergency, informational and educational links for parents and children affected by COVID-19.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: All Nest Child Care and Parent Institute locations are closed due to Covid-19 and Governor Whitmer's Stay Home Stay Safe Executive Order. If you are an essential worker looking for child care please contact us at nestchildcarecenter@gmail.com and we will assist you in finding suitable child care during this crisis. Otherwise, until we are able to resume to normal child care operations; continue to stay home, stay safe, and stay healthy. The following resources will support you through this crisis and we will continue to stay connected with you through personal contact, HiMama and through our website and other social media outlets.

If you or anyone in your family is in need of emotional support during this difficult time, SAMHSA, a national mental health organization, is offering a disaster distress hotline available to you at any time.  This is a 24/7,  365 day-a-year crisis counseling and support hotline to support those of us experiencing emotional distress related to natural or human-caused disasters, including Covid-19. If you have concerns about emotional well being or substance abuse please call 1-800-985-5990 or text TalkWithUs to 66746 to connect to a trained crisis counselor. For more details; click here.
